I recently stayed for three nights at this lovely hotel while on a business trip, and I was impressed with the overall experience. The spacious room was luxurious, featuring comfortable seating options and thoughtful amenities like a kettle for coffee and a full range of toiletries. The staff, especially Sari Alharbi at the reception, were friendly and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in. The breakfast spread was good, with numerous choices, and the sea view from the restaurant added a picturesque touch to my mornings.

This hotel has potential with its great location near the Corniche and spacious, modern rooms. The breakfast offered a nice variety, and the staff were helpful. I faced issues with cleanliness and room security that detracted from my experience. While the nearby attractions are excellent for family bonding, I hope the hotel addresses its shortcomings.

Furnitures inside the room are untidy, sofa beds and chair have visible dirt uncleaned, the aircon was not functioning and giving us a fan mode which is so uncomfortable, called maintenance in but issue not resolved, no compensation either

Great location with friendly staff and a cozy restaurant! Breakfast was delicious, and the views were lovely. While there were some minor hiccups with the room's hot water and cleaning service, the comfortable bed made up for it. Just a few maintenance tweaks would make a huge difference!

The room we had included iron/ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV set. City view was worthy. The staff was amicable and great and responsive to requests:)))

The location is fantastic, close to landmarks like Jeddah Waterfront and Al-Shallal Theme Park. The staff were friendly, though busy during the post-Hajj rush, which caused a slight delay at check-in. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a nice breakfast each morning. The rooftop and outdoor pools offered a lovely relaxation spot for family bonding, making this hotel a good choice overall. I would definitely recommend this place!

Plus, the staff were super friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even better. I really loved my cozy room with a comfy king-size bed—it was a nice place to unwind after exploring.

I did encounter a minor inconvenience with the bathroom design, as the shower lacked a door, resulting in water splashing outside during use. Despite this, my overall experience was enjoyable, thanks to the friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.
